I'm married to Pam, and we're blessed with four kids and three grandsons.
In my early faith-shaping years, I had the good fortune of growing up in a small church with a preacher who not only took us under his wing, but intentionally devoted himself to training us to serve the Kingdom. That early training has been my guide and mainstay ever since.
My favorite verse is John 3:16 because it is the gospel in one verse. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
My introduction to The Hills (RHCC back then) occurred when I spent time with their singles group at an event in Fort Worth. At the time, I was working with both the singles and small group ministries at Westover Hills Church. Not long after, I got a call regarding an opportunity with The Hills and an interview was quickly arranged. Boom! I started in March that same year as singles minister. My portfolio has expanded a bit since then, and I haven't slowed down. It's a great blessing to serve here, and I hope my service blesses The Hills as well.
My hope for The Hills is that we win the world by welcoming and retaining people who fall in love with Jesus.
