Brandon and Jessica Zorn

Ministry Overview

Brandon was born in Canada and moved to the states in 2002. In 2008 God placed a desire for overseas missions in his heart. This lead him to serve 6 months as an intern in Tallinn, Estonia in 2011 and in Kharkiv, Ukraine for 4 weeks with the Let’s Start Talking Ministry in 2012. Jessica was born in Texas and received confirmation from God to serve oversees as well in 2008. They have been married since October 13, 2014, and are currently serving in Łódź, Poland through the Mid-Term Missions Initiative. In Poland, they meet with people through Let's Start talking and follow up with Discovery Bible Study with the vision of making disciples who make disciples.

Why Poland?

Since the beginning of our marriage they began to pray for God to show them where and with whom he was calling them to serve. One year later they began to prepare for their first mission as a married couple. It was during that trip in 2015 that God confirmed in their hearts that it was time to serve overseas. They continued to pray for direction and believe God was pointing them to Poland, a place neither of them had ever considered. In November 2015 they took a survey trip as Let’s Start Talking workers in Poland where they taught English and built relationships with other missionaries currently working there. After much prayer and discussion it seemed clear that God was leading them to the Polish people. The family that is currently working in Poland also felt the same confirmation and God opened every for them to servie in Poland where there is a desperate need for Christ.

Prayer Requests

  • Pray that the Lord is raising up men and woman and preparing their hearts already for the Zorns to share the message of Christ.
  • Pray for those they are currently discipling that they will have open ears and hearts to hear Gods message and be led by his spirit through their life.
  • Pray for our team, that the Zorns will continue to have unity and love for one another. As well as pray that they will humble ourselves and hear God speaking through each other so that they can work together and do God's Will.
  • Pray for their Language and Cultural studies, that God will give us loose tongues and an understanding of the Culture they are living in so they will be empowered to do the work God sent them to do.
  • Pray for their families that the Lord will move their hearts and fill them with the confidence in his good work in us.
